File name schemes are used to create columns in your results based on information in your file name. Columns are created by adding fields to your file name scheme.
Once you have specified a delimiter, the file name will be split into sections.
For example, if you have a file name VH_21003_B08 and specify the delimiter _ then the name will be split into the following sections:
You can then add fields to specify which of these sections should be in each column. Each field needs a name, which will be the columns heading in the results table and a template, which defines the information that will be put into that column.
For example, if you wanted one column containing the first two sections and another containing the third section, you could add the following fields:
Name: Chain + Project
This would result in the following columns in your results:
